		<description>Britni - I believe so! We eat frequently, even since beginning weight watchers. If you want to cut a few calories, you could substitute broth/stock from the cooking wine. But I prefer the flavor with the cooking wine.</description>

		<description>you could use other fish, but i opt for a fish that&#039;s a little more bland since the seasonings are very flavorful. halibut and cod is usually much pricier around here and i think the seasoning could be overbearing so I opt for less expensive fish :-)</description>
